About Our Team

We are a group of passionate middle schoolers on a mission to learn robotics, build awesome robots, and compete with other teams. We are based in Flower Mound, Texas, and our team, TechsMechs, was formed this year (2025). Follow our journey as we design, build, and program our robots!

Outreach

At our outreach events, including Hilton Kids Day and presenting to the North Texas STEM Alliance, we have spread awareness about FTC and the FIRST Program to hundreds of children. We also have helped younger teams bridge the gap between FLL and FTC, as well as tell them about and letting them try out our robot. We also gave out pamphlets that tell about FIRST. We have had an overall great time helping out in and performing these outreach events, and we hope to have more.

Hilton Kids Day

Presented to 150 kids and let them try out the robot!

NTX STEM Alliance

Spread awareness about FTC and FIRST to over 40 children in FLL, helping bridge the gap between FLL and FTC.

Pamphlets

Gave out pamphlets to parents about FIRST.
